Introduction
Stainless Steel Filtering Machine Stainless Steel Milk Vibration Filter Vibration Sieve Separator is a high precision powder screening equipment, its low noise, high efficiency, quick changing sieve only 3-5 minutes, fully enclosed structure, suitable for screening grain, flour, mucus and other materials filter.Circular vibrating screen use the upright motor as the vibration source, both ends of motor install the eccentric weight and the rotary motion of the motor into a horizontal, vertical, inclined three dimensional motion, then the motion is passed to the screen surface. Adjusted upper and lower ends of phase angle can change the trajectory of the sieve surface in.
Working Principle
The vibration of Milk Vibration Filter Vibration Sieve Separator is produced by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. The direction of the eccentric weights can change its rotational mode,rotation of the upper weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to the periphery,while the lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing vibration in the vertical and tangential planes.
