Introduction
Yk Series of Vibrating Screen is also referred to as circular vibrating screen because its movement is approximate to be a circular motion.This series is especially designed for quarry stone.and it can be also used for separating and screening products in coal dressing,mineral processing. building materials, electricity and chemical industry.We have multi-mesh screen to screen materials with different sizes.
Working Principle
Vibrating sieve adopts a dual-vibraion motor drive, when two vibrating motors do synchronous, reverse rotation, the exciting force produced by eccentric block, cancel out in the derection parallel to the motor shaft, and stacked together in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft, so the trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line. There is a dip angle between screen surface opposite two motor shafts, under the function of excitation force and material weight, the material on the screen surface is tossed leap forward in a straight line, thus achieve the purpose of vibrating sieving.
